Central Coast Eyecare (previously Ron McQuarrie Optometrist) have been providing eyecare services to the local community since 1956, making us the longest running Optometric practice on the Central Coast. We pride ourselves on taking the time with each individual patient to get to know you and to provide high quality and thorough eye examinations, in order to provide tailored advice to our customers individual needs.

We value being able to look after all our patient's individual needs. Everyone is different and our Optometrists have the freedom to take the time to understand each patient and then prescribe a product or service to suit their needs, without restrictions.

Philip Crossfield
Philip Crossfield has been practicing since 1993. He has always been interested in scientific and medical matters and desired a career that would allow him to combine this passion with relating to people and helping them. Optometry was a fitting career choice to achieve both goals.
Katy Casey
Practising since 1995, Katy was always keen on science subjects at school and having worn glasses since she was 15 years old, optometry seemed like a good option. Katy is both professional and caring to her patients.
Adam Maher
I decided to become an Optometrist after I picked up my first pair of glasses at 13 years old. I could see leaves on trees, blades of grass and my friends faces from a distance! I felt so happy & wanted to give the same experience to others. I am a loyal partner to my wife Anna & proud father to our 2 sons Oscar and Owen. I am a long time football (the round Ball!) fan and runner.
Giving back
We at Central Coast Eyecare are eternally grateful for the support received from the local community over the decades. That's why we are passionate about paying it forward, supporting an array of local and national charities. Through Vision Australia, we provide subsidised glasses for people going through tough financial times. Additionally, we visit several local nursing homes to provide eye care to senior citizens.
