We care about helping people to see better than they ever have before. Eye5 isn't your ordinary optometry practice. We focus on fitting custom contact lenses for people who have very specific and unique visual requirements, including pilots, police force or defence force personnel, surgeons and elite sports people. We also regularly help children with learning difficulties to see better. We often see people who have received generic advice but are not satisfied with a 'one-size-fits-all' approach.

Choosing the independent path means we can provide personalised service thats customised to your specific visual needs. It also means that you interact with the owners of the business, whose primary objective is to ensure you have the best possible experience with us. It also means you will almost always see the same optometrist each visit. This will allow you to get to know them better, so that you feel more comfortable entrusting us with your eyes. It also gives our optometrists the opportunity to learn and truly understand your visual needs and history, your medical history and your lifestyle choices; therefore being able to more easily recognise signs that indicate a potential change in your vision.

Andrew Godfrey
I'm an optometrist because I love the mixture of talking to people, hard science and technology. Helping people to see better is its own reward, and I've been practising now for almost 20 years. In my spare time, it's all about friends and family.
Dr. Jean Pierre Guillon
I'm in a profession that allows me to work with patients within the community and also to be involved in research and development. 40 years on, and I remain passionate about optometry. In my spare time, I help to rescue dingoes and galahs.
Natalie Guillon
I always knew I wanted to work with and for people in a healthcare setting, and eyes always seemed the most interesting and diverse to me. With a variety of areas of clinical interest, I knew optometry would continuously challenge and intrigue me. I have played basketball for as long as I can remember, and currently play socially and competitively.
Giving back
Eye 5 have sponsored the Northern Stars Volleyball club for three years and will continue to do so for many years to come, as we love the club culture, sportsmanship and teamwork from their members and supporters. We now also sponsoring Osborne Park Bowling Club.
