At Spectacle Hub Optometrists we aim to treat every single patient like family.
Our personalised service ensures we have a perfect solution for every patient that walks through the doors.
Our caring and experienced Optometrists use state of the art equipment to ensure eye exams are as accurate and thorough as possible, giving the most appropriate recommendation in all cases.
Our experienced and friendly staff will assist every patient to ensure their ocular needs are all met in the best possible manner, always with a smile attached.
At Spectacle Hub, we will always aim to deliver the perfect experience from start to finish and will never be satisfied unless this is
met.
Being an independent practice, we have the pleasure of applying our true passion for the field of optometry in every aspect of our clinic, from eye examinations through to troubleshooting optical dispensing matters.
We are able to view and work in the field without the vast pressure on certain areas such as retail objectives and meeting unrealistic sales targets as may be witnessed in some of the leading corporate companies. Although crucial in keeping any practice afloat, unfortunately too often it means a compromise in employee job satisfaction and possibly patient health care. Being an independent practice allows us to focus on what we believe is the most important part of it all - our patients.
Home to over 50,000 community members and surrounded by rapidly developing suburbs, Craigieburn not only gives off a cozy, homely vibe but offers a sparkling and lively atmosphere with wonderful attractions like the new Craigieburn Central shopping centre, which is where we are located. Craigieburn also has numerous other healthcare professionals and countless family-friendly attractions such as parks, leisure centres, local markets and more.
We love being based in Craigieburn as travel to and from work is very accessible via public transport and generally does not come with much traffic, and once here we are surrounded with the immeasurably kind, helpful and genuine people of this beautiful community.
I chose to become an optometrist because of a lifelong fascination with the complexities of the human eye and a strong desire to contribute positively to people's lives. Growing up, I was always interested in biology and health sciences, and optometry offered a unique blend of both. I love my job because it allows me to improve my patients' vision and overall quality of life. Each patient presents a new challenge and an opportunity to apply my knowledge and skills to make a real difference. The joy on a patient's face when they experience clear vision for the first time or after a long time is so rewarding and drives my passion for this profession. In my spare time, I love playing soccer, which keeps me active and engaged. I also enjoy taking my family—my wife and three daughters—out for various outings, creating lasting memories together.
I chose to become an optometrist because I am passionate about healthcare and improving people's quality of life. Optometry allows me to combine my interests in science and medicine while making a tangible impact on patients' daily lives. I love my job because I get to help a diverse range of people see better and enhance their overall well-being. Every day is rewarding, especially when I see the immediate positive effects of improved vision on my patients. In my spare time, I love playing soccer for my local club in Melbourne, which helps me stay active and connected with the community. I also enjoy going to the gym to maintain my fitness. Spending time with friends is important to me, and I often hang out or play games with them. Additionally, I dedicate time to studying and further developing my skills and knowledge.
Being the newest Optometry Practice to open in an area previously dominated by corporate optometry companies, we, here at Spectacle Hub Optometrists have already begun looking into ways to give back to the community that has welcomed us with such great support.
We are currently in the process of organising school vision screening programs with many primary/high schools in Craigieburn and neighbouring suburbs. We are also in partnership with several community sports teams involving sponsorship in the hope of aiding these local clubs in providing the necessities involved in running and growing their operations.
On a global level, we truly believe that every little bit of help counts. For that very reason, we offer the service of donations of old/damaged/unwanted frames/lenses to countries where people may find a better use for them than rubbish bins.
