At Vision @ Mill Park, we have been servicing the needs of our local and surrounding suburbs for 20 years. Our dedicated optometrists Joe, Arie and Vin-Lin collectively have over 50 years of experience, and are committed to providing highly tailored eyecare to our patients. Similarly, our optical dispensers have decades of experience and will help you find the right frame for you, no matter your prescription. We have a special interest in children’s vision and we are integrated with local medical practitioners and eye specialists if the need should arise.

Dr. Katrina Yap
I chose optometry because I felt that it would be the most rewarding career path for me. There is no better feeling than knowing that I can help people see and live better, at times even preventing potential blindness. My passion is making eye care accessible for all people and have completed outreach and volunteer optometry work in South Africa, Nepal and Cambodia. I am also a clinical teaching instructor and the University of Melbourne Eyecare. You might recognise me at the practice as I have been local to the Mill Park area since I was a child. Outside of the practice, I enjoy cooking, playing tennis or getting away from the city on a bicycle ride or hike.
Dr. Vicky Chang
Since graduating from the University of Melbourne in 2015, I have been passionate about being part of a profession that looks after community vision and eye health. I have a keen interest in ocular disease, therapeutics, and children’s vision. I enjoy working in a flexible independent environment that allows me to provide a quality and comprehensive experience for our patients. Outside of work, I love to travel, try out new cafes and restaurants, practice Pilates, and play badminton at my local club.
Joe Grossi
As a practicing optometrist for over 25 years, I would say that the most rewarding feeling is knowing that I am making a positive difference in someone’s life with the gift of good vision. I’ve predominantly worked between private practices and community optometry, and have been a teaching clinician at the Victorian College of Optometry. I enjoy the challenges that optometry brings and have a keen interest in children’s vision and complex eye diseases. I am also fluent in Italian, which I find comes in handy as a large portion of our community speak Italian as their first language. When I’m not practicing, I enjoy cycling, fishing or playing volleyball.
